Sports and running insoles if your playing football

I thought i might blog to all my fellow blogger about something i came across after getting plantar faciitis and being unable to play football for quite a few weeks. Anyway after i recovered i got my self some plantar faciitis insoles for daily use which will help protect me from getting it again.
Plantar faciitis is basically something that effect something like 1% of the worlds population... it effect the heel when the plantar fascia become torn or damaged and can be painful and cause foot cramps.
Anyway i needed some other insoles to help me when i play football (where there is actually a increased rick of getting plantar faciitis) so what I got was some running insoles.
The running insoles have been made so that when you run the absorb the impact when you foot hits the ground reducing damage which could be caused by this.
Also they fix your feet into position so they don't stray into any unnatural and damaging positions.
Plus they make it more comfortable to run whilst playing football which is always a bonus.

World cup here I come.

Forgot to mention arch support as well.. they have clever arch supports so that you are not going to damage the arch of your foot.
